The story takes place in Texas, in the fictional Silverwater City. It contains (for examples) a school (Texas High) and a mall, called Stax Texas. This mall also contains the Fiesta Cember, which is the local restaurant for many of the characters. This restaurant is a combination of a restaurant, a bar and a McDonalds.

The main characters of the show are John Moore (the director and founder of Global Command, which is a peace providing organization), Margaret Firelion (John's wife and a gifted, heroic woman of Silverwater City) Harry Moore (the Elemental Fighter of lightning and the only child of John and Margaret), Carly Zintars (Harry's friend and the Elemental Fighter of wind), Steven Ferguson (Harry's other friend and the Elemental Fighter of water), Ramira Pidorocco (Carly's Spanish friend and the Elemental Fighter of fire), Nicolay "Nick" Justakovic (the Elemental Fighter of earth) and Naomi Leania (an Australian good girl and the Elemental Fighter of ice).

The story is about 6 bracelets (which belong to the Elemental Fighters), who have their own will and chose their own carrier. GC (and its owner John Moore) is guarding these devices, until they can find the rightful carriers, or when the carriers come to them. At first, there was no Fighter at all, and that gives a criminal, called SY X, the perfect opportunity to steal them, but it fails. In the past, SY X caused a big fire explosion and wanted to let John, Margaret and the then 5-month-old baby Harry die, but SY X let John and Harry go, if he could take Margaret with him. To protect Harry against SY X, John tells him that Margaret died during the fire explosion, but Harry soon finds out the truth, which shocks him. When the 1st 2 Fighters (Harry and Carly) come forth, it costs a lot of criminals to become more active, and new villains will also appear. On and beyond Earth, there are a lot of bad guys and bad girls out there. Some villains have weird goals in their lifes, but when all Fighters gather, they will protect the Earth from many villains, but they are not the only ones who carry the loath. In Japan is another team active, called Team Jachin. This team has no powers, like the Fighters do, but they are just as strong as the Fighters are.

The Royals: this group exists out of 6 male people, who continuously dress themselves as ancient kings and emperors of different countries.

The lead singer is 'William I of the Netherlands', the piano & keyboard player and 1st background vocalist is 'Nicholas II of Russia', the bass guitarist and 2nd background vocalist is 'Leopold I of Belgium', the drummer is 'Frederic III of Germany', the 3rd background vocalist (who also plays other instruments) is 'George I of Greece' and the lead guitarist & 4th background vocalist is 'George V of the United Kingdom'.

Can you imagine it? These people singing and rocking and rolling on stage? Funny, is it? The other funny thing is, they all lived in different times. Well, some of them, in any way.

There is even another world called Teroneo. It contains six different regions, six different people's, six different Elemental Beasts, six different governments. Lightning is the power of the dragons and the Dragon High Command, the head of state is the Administrator of the Dragon High Command. Wind is the power of the eagles, their government is the Eagle Assembly with a Ruling Conclave as leader. Water is the power that crocodiles use in the Crocodile Confederacy with their leader called the Domo of the Crocodile Confederacy. The Armedillo Alliance uses earth as their power with their Grand Duke of the Armedillo Alliance. Fire is the power of the Lion Hegemony, with their Imperator. And as last but not least, the Polar Bear Union whose power is ice. It's been said that their head of state, the Castellan of the Polar Bear Union is the coldest one they ever heard of.
